Looking for information regarding: Peter SMITH who married Margaret SWEENEY on September 4, 1873 in Putnam county. Although they married in Putnam county, they later settled in Owen county in and around the Jennings twp area where Peter died about 1920. Margaret was born June-August of 1859 in Illinois, although her parents resided in Greencastle. She was the daughter of John G. SWEENEY and Rutha BRADSHAW. Margaret died sometime after 1918.
