I am looking for anyone with info on the family of John (Johannes) and Rachel (Regina) Schindler Class\Klass. He was born 2 Aug 1819 in Zainingen, Germany and she was born 14 Mar 1817 in Zainingen, Germany. They came from Wuerttemberg, Germany in 1852 with the following children: Matthaeus b: 25 April 1842 Germany; m: Rebecca Livensberger\Sivensberger 29 Oct 1863 Stark Co, Ohio d: 30 Oct 1917; Katharina Barbara (Kate) b; 14 Jun 1844 Germany; m: David Niesinger (and various spellings) date unknown; d: 9 Aug 1873 Clay Couty, Indiana; Anna Maria (Mary) b: 22 July 1845; m: Frederick Schumacher 31 Dec 1866 Clay County, Indiana; d: 26 Oct 1913 Worthington, Greene, Indiana; Ulrich b: 24 Nov 1846 Germany; d: 24 Aug 1862 Stark Co, Ohio; Clemenz b: 15 Feb 1848 Germany; m: Clara Hochstetler 12 April 1881 Owen Co, Indiana; d: 8 Jan 1929 Owen, Indiana; Walburga (changed name to Eliza) b: 26 Sep 1850 Germany; m: Thomas Dunigan 15 July 1872 Clay, Indiana; d: 14 Jan 1933 Owen, Indiana. Afte! r settleing for a short time in Coshocton, Ohio they came to Owen County, Indiana about 1867. I have a little info that I am willing to share with anyone who would like it. I would appreciate any personal histories on this family, letters, pictures, any info at all. I have copies of the birth, and marriage records of John and Rachel in Germany, and copies of births of children who came from Germany with them. I also have copies of all the Federal censuses that they show up in, starting in 1860. There were 2 children who were born and died before they left Germany and 2 who were born in the US Rachel abt 1853 m: a Will Parks(?) and Christina abt 1854 m:John Stutz and Gus Shelburn.
