    3. OK, OK. I just pointed out that there was a list that sounded the same to me already on rootsweb. If you want to do another one, far be it from me to stop you. I believe that we DO need a new list.. on the list that you refer to, some of the entries of "contacts" have very little information... There is at least one, that is concerned with my immediate direct line, that obtained most of the information from my daughter, who in turn received it from me... 1. [INOWEN] TIP #9-FAMILY PHOTOGRAPH PROJECT
    2. Debbie Jennings
    3. Here is a great project to instill in your children and to involve other family members in the family heritage. Sounds like a lot of fun and the younger members will learn something also. If your projects takes multiple sittings, then later on down the line see if some of the younger ones can tell you who people are by reviewing some of them. Eventually they will be able to! Family photographs are excellent reminders of people, times, and events. Most of us, however, probably have loads of loose photographs in boxes or drawers that need to be labeled and organized. A great project that involves getting your family together, sitting down with your photographs, and working together to organize them. Find a place where you can spread out your materials—make sure it accommodates the group. Examine photographs, and label them as appropriate. Passing around the photographs and sharing stories about the people, places, and events helps involve everyone in the project. Discuss and agree upon an organizational scheme that allows you to sort the photographs and then place them in some order. This project may take several sittings, depending on the number of photographs you have. However, it can be an enjoyable experience for every member of the family, and it can also promote good preservation skills for everyone. 2. Mary Sylvester
    3. Dear Listers: I goofed! John MOSS and Samuel MOSS were from Clay Co - not Owen Co. Yesterday, I incorrectly posted the county as Owen in the subject line. My ancestor lived in both counties and I sometimes have a problem keeping dates and locations straight. Sorry for the error. 3. I have a family Bible record of Elias George Scott b. 2/20/1836 d. 7/13/1899, Buried Hudson Hill cemetery near Carp in Owen County. Marker has wife (Mary). My gg grandfather. Children were Jemima (my ggrandmother), John, Minnie, Grace, Cora, and George. I have not been able to connect either Elias Scott or Mary Ann Scott to any others. Do not have maiden name for Mary Ann Scott. Hope you can find a connection. The years and location looks like a possible match.
