    3. Karen, I think this is limited usefulness for genealogy research. If someone is trying to establish a location in Montgomery county in 1931 (one year after the 1930 census), then perhaps it would work for them. If it would be possible to list unique surnames, that might be OK; but eliminating duplicates might be more work than it's worth. Do all 177 pages cover 1931, or does it continue? Perhaps scanning the documents would be easier. Considering what was occurring economically in the country in the early 1930's, having a "friendly banker" at the corner store must have been a lifesaver for many residents. Do you know if any banks in Montgomery county closed in the early to mid 1930's?
