Thomas P. Ramsey, b. 1829 in Ohio, and d. 21 April 1892, aged 63. Married Mary J. Gilmore on 18 Jan 1854. They lived in Clinton County, Indiana. Mary J died about 1890, although I haven't found her records. There were eight children five of whom survived their parents. John Edward was certainly not the only heir. Hmmm!
