I had some old video tapes of my family, one being of my parents. I had them on their porch and I more or less did an interview with them. I just recently bought a lightscribe DVD burner..so I took the tapes, put them on a DVD, then I burnt a photo of the two of them on the front, and titled it. I gave each one of my brothers and sisters a copy of it. It has lots of memories on it. I had them tell about growing up, what businesses was in town, where they went to school, how they met, who their parents was, what it was like raising us, and etc. I had them laughing and serious. You could also do this with CD as well, you don't have to have a dvd player/recorder/burner.
