Crawfordsville Jounral Review May 1, 1948 - Ralph A. Ellsworth, husband of the former Virginia Cochran, of Crawfordsville died Saturday evening at his home on North State Street in Westville, Illinois. He had been in ill health for the past year. Since undergoing an operation last December, he had been confined to his home. Mr. Ellsworth, an active member of the Westville Lions Club, was a widely known auto dealer of Danville, having spent most of his business life in that capacity. The widow is the daughter of Charles H. Cochran, 204 Jones Ave and Mrs. Maude Cochran, 305 E. Market Street, Crawfordsville. She was united in marriage with Mr. Ellsworth Dec 31, 1944 at the FIrst Methodist Church in Crawfordsville. Dr. C. Howard Taylor performed the ceremony. Dr. Taylor will have charge of the funeral services which will be held at two o'clock Tuesday afternoon at the Barrick & Sons Funeral Home, 440 . Walnut Street, Danville, Ill.
