Crawfordsville JOurnal Review 3-31-1962 - Darlington - Thomas Oscar Horn, 73, a farmer in the Darlington community most of his life, died at 9:45 p.. Tuesday in Witham Hospital, Lebanon where he had been a patient 3 months. He had been in poor health 14 months before death. Born in Linden Nov 19 1888 his parents were Matthew and Margaret Tucker Horn. In March 1913 he married Mary Brown in Montgomery County. He was a member of the Darlington Methodist Church. Survivors include the wife, two sons, WIllis B. Horn and James L. Horn and six granddchidlren. He was preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Darlington Methodist Church with Rev. AL Vermillion officiating. Burial in Darlington IOOF Cemetery. Friends may calla t Russell & Hitch Funeral Home in Thorntown after 2 p.m. Thursday until 11:30 a.m. Friday when the body will be taken to the church.
