Roachdale Times News, Putnam Co, Indiana 12 August 1937   Brothers, Ralph C. Shell, 21, and Winston E. Shell, 17, died as a result of burns suffered in a truck accident at the intersection of State Road 36 and 43, Saturday morning. Both were from Browns Valley. Double funeral services for them were held in Crawfordsville Monday afternoon. Burial in Crawfordsville Masonic Cemetery.
