Don't see anyone that looks like David or Phoebe in 1900. The "Indiana Marriage Collection, 1800 - 1941 records a marriage between David Fruits and Harriet KRONT or KROUT in Howard Co. on 13 Feb 1880. Probably not the same man, but... A David Fruits applied for an invalid's pension (in Indiana) on what looks like 9 Jan or Jun 1883, based on service in an Ohio unit. He enlisted in Company I, 11th Infantry Regiment Ohio on 26 Apr 1861, at age 42. He was buried in Ohio with a death date of: 27 Feb 1902. Marsha L.
