Crawfordsville Journal-Review Dec 4, 1907 - p 8 - Mr. Arthur Livengood died at his home here Tuesday afternoon of appendicitis. He was about 30 years of age and leaves a wife and 5-year-old boy by a former companion. The funeral services will take place on Thursday forenoon.
If his first name (not used) was William, I have some data. According to the Indiana Marriage Index on Ancestry, William A. Livengood married Ella M. Smith 24 Feb 1901 in Fountain County; William A. Livengood married Charlotte Frazier 2 Aug 1905 also in Fountain County. Companion, indeed! It probably didn't have any "unmarried" associations in 1907!
