The Indiana State Librarian has a very informative and specific break-down of what this would mean on the Indiana State Library website. A county librarian brought his message to my attention and pointed out how much she uses the Inspire search to help library patrons. It would be embarassing to be perhaps the only state in the union without a genealogy department in the state library.
