Hey Erin I have only been to Montgomery County one time in my life but thououghly enjoyed my trip there. I located the library & received loads of help & found my family cemeteries & graves & local library 's always have more things than the big ones such as family folders & files. Call & ask for hours etc. I have also found Karen Zach has been a treasure trove of info & love the Montgomery County website! She is the one doing it with thousands of people helping with photos & info. You can email her directly from the website & she will answer you. It is great. Good luck.
