I definitely read what you send since I'm looking diligently to get through a major barrier! I'm looking for any information that proves Joel Brookshire and wife Sarah Slack Brookshire - who migrated from NC to Montgomery Co, IN in 1830 had a daughter named Nancy who married a Joel Graves (he came from NC too)! Nancy and Joel Graves evidently moved to IA shortly after they married. I've found information on several of the Brookshire boys and some of the girls, but nothing on Nancy other than a Montgomery marriage record. Haven't found any newspaper items in the services to which I subscribe (Newspapers and GenealogyBank). I look over the listings. In fact, a couple of last week's additions were my family.
