    2. Waynetown The funeral of John Pickett of Alamo occurred Friday afternoon at his late residence. Mr. Pickett was born in Ohio in 1834, but has lived many years near where he died. He leaves a wife and one daughter, Mrs. Nelson Rush; two sisters, Mrs. Eliza Clouse, and Izabelle Gray; three brothers, Travis, Charlie, and Robert. He was a member of the Alamo I.O.O.F. and of the Christian church. After a short sermon by Rev. P.J.
