Found this tidbit in a newspaper in Tipton: Tipton Daily Tribune, Wednesday May 24, 1911, page 2 SHARPSVILLE John Harper and wife, and granddaughter Bertha Harper of Ripley county, James Harper and wife of Tipton and Miss Grace Peak, principal of the Waynetown schools, also D. M. McCoy and family of this place, were all guests of Henry Harper and wife at a big Sunday dinner. Emma Grace Peak was born May 28, 1888, daughter of Charles Newton Peak and Matilda Margaret "Maggie" (Harper) Peak. I have her husband as Cawson Engle, but no information on him or when they married.
