Crawfordsville Journal Review 7-Dec-1962 4- Olin Armstrong, Native of Mace, Dies in Michigan- Funeral services for Olin Armstrong, 69, a native of Mace, have been held in the Methodist Church in Eve\arat, Mich., where he lived for several years. He was born July 9, 1894, in Mace and his parents were Charles and Accita Armstrong. He was a veteran of World War I and had a long career as an auctioneer. He served as deputy sheriff in Michigan and also worked for the Sun Oil Co. For the past four years he had been employed as substitute mail carrier at the Evarat Post Office. Survivors include his wife, the former Sela Kienitz of Reed City, Mich.; a brother, Manson Armstrong of Flint, Mich.; a sister, Mrs. Lois Smith of South Ben and several cousins in Montgomery County. Burial was in Forest Hill Cemetery in Evarat.
