I have Boohers, but they are in my Boone County lines for the most part. This will take some study! I'll be glad to get back to Indiana again -- I've been digging in early Virginia records lately. Thanks, Karen -- I definitely enjoyed (if that is the best word) remembering the folks I knew and shedding a tear for my grandmother. I noticed that James Clark Bannon's obit is FULL of errors. I think I'll write a bio for him! And add Uncle Joe's third wife... and generally tidy up my own records. You're great! Call the Crawfordsville Library 765-362-2242 Or, you can submit an order form (cost very little a couple of bucks or less I think) at: http://history.cdpl.in.us/vitals.html In bold letters after the form you fill out (you'll not need to do this unless you want to check for her children, husband, parents, etc because you have that information) is : Order Form (.pds) for copies Cordelia also has one on the 13th of July p 6 CJR you might/might not also want. Good luck -- I've always wondered who her parents are -- last name Davis but never found one in Montgomery County to match that -- so if you get it and would like to share, that'd be super Good luck -- Karen Z Montgomery Co IN GenWeb coordinator On 3/29/2011 11:38 PM, [email protected] wrote: > This is a Message Board Post that is gatewayed to this mailing list. > > Author: bobbydavis100 > Surnames: Bridwell/Bdave > Classification: queries > > Message Board URL: > > http://boards.rootsweb.com/localities.northam.usa.states.indiana.counties.montgomery/1235/mb.ashx > > Message Board Post: > > I am wondering if anyone can possibly look up an obituary for me. The last place I have found him is in Madison, Montgomery, Indiana in the 1930 census working as a laborer. He is a native of KY, but I am finding no death information as I research KY records. Any info on him would be much appreciated. Important Note: The author of this message may not be subscribed to this list. Don't see him in the death record index; marriages; index to the obituaries from the newspapers or anything. You didn't list a wife or children - that might help find him as would some dates, too :) Coffman is a fairly common name here - perhaps he's relation to someone in the area.
