    3. James Clark Bannon and Phebe Marshall were married 5 Oct 1881. Phebe had been a neighbor and friend of Elizabeth's when JC and Elizabeth lived in Russells Mills. She was a lifelong Quaker. Yes -- there's an area in Warren County where Deerfield (the township), Gainsborough (a failed town) and Mary Ellen (a town now absorbed into Kings Mills) all occupy the same land area. I have the three eldest children (Jeremiah, Lewis, and Elizabeth) all born there. I think it's one property which had three names attached, myself. My grandfather always said they lived in "Deerfield," which confused me for years because the town in Randolph County was Deerfield. Guess there were lots of Bambi-types around! For Rebecca (b. 1824) I have only the county, Warren. For Anna, b. 19 Aug 1827, my records show Deerfield. 3. If his first name (not used) was William, I have some data. According to the Indiana Marriage Index on Ancestry, William A. Livengood married Ella M. Smith 24 Feb 1901 in Fountain County; William A. Livengood married Charlotte Frazier 2 Aug 1905 also in Fountain County. Companion, indeed! It probably didn't have any "unmarried" associations in 1907! 3. Yep, I have Michael dying in Indiana as well. Also have (in my personal data - I can't change the obits though) that Lewis was born in Gainsborough which I think IS in Warren Co. By the way, do you have the date of the Phebe marshall marriage? I have James' first date but not other. I don't have a date for Lewis' marriage to the Helms, either.
