I think I found it!!! Ellen Pennington, she was married to James P. Fletcher, had several children. Charlotte was one, James M, and Nancy to name three..Charlotte first married William Fordice, then she married Noah Amick in Hendricks Co., Indiana 1901 (one record has 1901, another 1902). I think Mrs. Nora Amick is actually Mrs. NOAH Amick per 1910 census, sugar creek twp..wife was Charlotte, her mother is listed as ELLEN Fletcher. Thanks, I'll check it out. I was born in Indianapolis, we moved to Phoenix when I was 9, and now have lived in Colorado for many years. One of my paternal great-grandmothers was born and raised near Crawfordsville and her husband was from Carmel. On Henry Miller's Pension Papers for the Civil War he gives his mother's maiden name as McDowell with no first name.
