It would be easier for someone who has ancestors from Fountain to find information about them on the Fountain page - especially if they weren't aware someone had died in WWI. The obituaries of that time period were rarely as informative as a family researcher would wish. The first and second photocopies are from the Crawfordsville Evening Argus, January 26, 1883 (page 1, columns 4, 5, and 6). The last copy is from the Crawfordsville Saturday Evening Journal, January 27, 1883 (page 1, column 3). It would appear that Mrs. Evans was buried in Covington, Fountain County. The couple's first born son was named Philip, and he appears in the 1850 Federal Census for Indiana with his parents in Coal Creek Township, Montgomery County, Indiana, but the poorly handwritten surname has been transcribed as "Quinlan". Evans, widow of the late Jefferson Evans, died on Friday morning last at the residence of of D.C. Smith, on Walnut Street, aged 86 years and six months. The remains were taken to Covington for burial. She is also listed in the Death Records (Crawfordsville CH 37 p 16 and Bk 1 p 18 died 26 Jan 1883) - they can look those up for you as well but no idea how much they charge for that. Again, except for their marriage records they charge $3 for, I've found them to be reasonable.
