Simmons & Faris, the well known and successful real estate agents, have just closed a deal whereby the Mrs. Mattie B. Davis farm of 250 acres, just south of Clear Creek has been purchased by E. W. G. Johnson, one of Monroe County's leading farmers. The sale price was $18,500. This farm is considered one of the best in the county. Mrs. Davis not lives at Orlando, Fla. but was here to close the deal.
