After being tired three times for alleged violations Wesley Back was at last convicted of "bootlegging." His sentence is a fine of $50 and a thirty days' jail sentence. Back managed to escape conviction the two previous times he was arrested. He appealed the case to Mayor Harris yesterday and was tried by Atty. Jesse Field.
