There are several items on the first page of this issue of the paper regarding the death of Senator Samuel Ralston. SENATOR RALSTON Samuel M. Ralston was an honest man and a noble citizen. Sincerity was the guiding principle of his life. In all of his acts, both public and private, he was controlled by the utmost good faith. He always believed what he said an [sic] said what he believed. In private life he was faithful and true. In public life he was courageous and candid. He was devotedly attached to members of his family and was never so happy as when they gathered about him. He had in him those qualities which attracted men to him.. Constance T.
