    3. Bloomington (Monroe County, Indiana) Daily Telephone, October 15, 1925, p. 1. UPHOLDS WILL FOR MRS. SEARS Jury Out All Night and Decides Mrs. Stephenson Was of a Sound Mind--$12,000 Involved. After being out all night a jury decided that Mrs. Malisa Stephenson was of sound mind and upheld the will she made giving to Mrs. William Sears, wife of the well known Showers superintendent, about $12,000 which was most of her estate. The contest had been made by Luther McConnell and a number of other heirs. Attorneys J. B. Field and Miers and Corr represented Will Sears, the executor, and J. F. Regester and Judge Wilson were the attorneys to set aside the will. Constance T.
