The company settled with Mrs. Weaver Hillerman, widow of the engineer who was killed in the explosion, and she is to receive $4,000 (sic). Mrs. Hillerman has been made administratrix of the estate and has been empowered by the court to adjust damages. Hillerman was killed one Sunday morning at McDoel.
