CIRCUIT COURT After deliberating since 3 o'clock Wednesday, the jury filed into the courtroom at 5 o'clock yesterday and reported that it was unable to reach a decision in the damage suit instituted by Grant Parker, colored, against Edgar Altop, Bloomington policeman. Parked sued Altop for $5,000, charging the officer struck him with a billy club during an arrest and caused the loss of his left eye. Constance T.
