Bloomington (Monroe County, Indiana) Progress, November 23, 1870, p. 3. DIED. On the 9th inst. at the residence of her son, B. F. Adams, near Stanford, Monroe county, Indiana, Mary Adams, aged 72 years and four months. Mrs. Adams was one among the first settlers of this county, having moved here with her father, Benjamin Freeland, fifty-two years ago. She was a member of the M. E. Church for nearly fifty years.
