ROOMS As soon as the post office can vacate its present location in the Hotel Bowles block, the place is to be made into two business rooms that will rent at about $50 a month. The lobby from College Avenue into the hotel is not be changed, but the basement may be equipped for rent. It is hoped to commence the improvement by May 1st, but the Federal building may not be completed by that time.
