Bloomington (Monroe County, Indiana) World Star, March 7, 1930, p. 3. Funeral services for John Siscoe, who died Friday, were held Sunday at the Mt. Ebal Church. Burial was in the church cemetery. Mr. Siscoe died as a result of double pneumonia after a week's illness at the home of his son, Howard, Jordan Avenue. He was 86 years old.
