Willis, the new presiding elder of Bloomington district, with his family, have arrived and are temporarily occupying rooms at the residence of Mrs. Vance, corner of Washington and 4th streets, opposite the Baptist church. Dr. Steele will preach next Sunday morning and Dr. Willis will preach at night.
