    3. Bloomington (Monroe County, Indiana) Progress, January 31, 1872, p. 3. Notice to Non-Resident. The State of Indiana, Monroe county, in the Monroe Circuit Court, March Term, 1872. Andrew Helton et. al, vs. Jacob Boaz. Motion to set aside judgment. Now comes the Plaintiff, by John H. Louden, Attorney, and files his complaint herein, together with an affidavit that said Defendant Jacob Boaz, is not a resident of the State of Indiana. Notice is therefore hereby given said defendant, that unless he be and appear on the first day of the new Term of the Monroe Circuit Court, to be holden on the 2nd Monday of March, A. D. 1872, at the Court House in Bloomington, in said county and State, and answer or demur to said complaint, the same will be heard and determined in his absence.
