    3. Paoli (IN) Republic, January 20, 1915, p. 1. The members of the Indiana Flood Commission appointed by Gov. Ralston last spring to make investigation of conditions following the disastrous floods of March 1913, have made their report and estimate the loss in Indiana from that flood at $25,000,000. The loss on account of county highways and bridges is estimated at $3,000,000. The commission will make recommendations to the governor of methods intended to prevent, in a measure at least, losses by future floods.
