Review of Oct. 12th contains the following wedding notice: "Tuesday evening at 8 o'clock at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Alex. Rankin of Aledo, occurred the marriage of their daughter Miss Maud and Rev. D. C. Stewart of St. Louis, Mo. Both parties are well known here, having been students in college, and frequently visiting friends in the city." Mr. Stewart was a member of the class of '84, Indiana University, a classmate of Prof. W. J. Bryan, and has many friends and acquaintances in this community. He is pastor of the 1st U. P. church of St. Louis. Constance T.
