Prosecuting Attorney Ruble will go to Indianapolis Saturday to give information to the attorney general's office relative to the James Houston case. Houston, who was convicted of incest in circuit court here, is asking release on bond pending outcome of his appeal of the conviction to the supreme court. The attorney general's office will contest both actions.
