Bloomington (Monroe County, Indiana) Weekly Star, March 21, 1930, p. 5. The condition of Paul E. Thompson, of this city, university swimming coach, who was injured in an accident at Kentland Sunday, was reported Thursday to be slowly improving. Thompson suffered concussion of the brain in the accident in which four student swimmers and Mrs. Thompson were involved. Others riding in the car with Mr. Thompson received numerous cuts and other bruises but were not seriously injured.
