FRANK STRAIN WINS Knocks Out "Blind Tiger" Charges The first of a series of indictments against Frank Strain, who conducts a drugstore at Harrodsburg, was quashed in circuit court Wednesday on the grounds that as Mr. Strain held druggist license, he would be permitted to keep spirituous liquors on his premises and could not be charged with running a blind tiger. However, there are several other indictments that will probably come up later.
