Florence Smith vs Charles N. Smith. Complaint No. 12733. Now comes the Plaintiff, by John P. O'Donnell, Attorney, and files her complaint herein, together with an affidavit, that the residence of the defendant Charles N. Smith is unknown, and that diligent inquiry has been made to ascertain the residence of said defendant, but that said inquiry has not disclosed the residence of said defendant. Notice is therefore hereby given said Defendant, that unless he be and appear on the first day of the next term of the Monroe Circuit Court to be holden on the 4th Monday of April, A. D., 1924, at the Court House in Bloomington, Indiana, in said county and State, and answer or demur to complaint, the same will be heard and determined in his absence.
