Bloomington (Bloomington, Monroe County, Indiana) Courier, March 13, 1900, p. 1. Death of Mrs. P. G. Pauley. Mrs. Jane Pauley, wife of P. G. Pauley, south of the city, died unexpectedly Sunday evening, after a three day's illness of stomach trouble. Deceased was 67 years old and was born and reared in Monroe county. She was the daughter of Andrew Helton, and was married to her present husband 30 years ago. She was the mother of four children; Helton, Wallace, Ralph and Scot, and was a devoted member of the Methodist church. The funeral will occur at 2 o'clock this afternoon in charge of Dr. Hurlstone and Rev. Reed. Burial at Rose Hill.
