Notice is hereby given that the undersigned, commissioner appointed by the Monroe Circuit Court to make sale of the real estate in the case of Edward Hawkins, receiver for the Indianapolis National Bank, vs. Columbus F. Buchanan, et. al., No. 4204, will sell at public outcry on the premises on Tuesday, the 24th day of November, 1896, The following real estate to wit: The Northwest quarter of section 23, Town 9 north range 2, west except 7 ½ acres off the north end thereof; Terms of the sale: One third cash in hand on the day of sale and the balance in two equal payments of six and twelve months from date of sale, the purchaser executing his notes for the deferred payments with approved security waiving relief from valuation and appraisement laws of the state of Indiana and drawing interest at 6 per cent per annum from date.
