It is expected to be completed by September 1. The building is owned by Charles T. Caldwell of Indianapolis and Will Sears, superintendent of the Showers Bros. Company. Its value will be approximately $80,000. The building will consist of 18 apartments consisting of from 2 to 4 rooms with bath, attractive in architecture and detail.
