Williams deceased has presented and filed his accounts and vouchers in final settlement of said estate and that the cause will come up for examination and action of said Court on the 14th day of November, 1896, at which time all persons interested in said estate are required to appear in circuit court and show cause if any there be, why said account and vouchers should not be approved, And the heirs of said estate are hereby notified to be present at said time and make proof of heirship or claim to any part of the estate.
