    2. Bloomington (Monroe County, Indiana) Courier, March 14, 1899, p. 3. Troubles at Harrodsburg. Deputy Prosecutor Miller went to Harrodsburg this morning to hold a court inquiry over some trouble that occurred in that town Thursday night. Levi Johnson, a well known citizen of the town was waylaid on that night and nearly killed. His assailants attacked him in the most vicious manner, and left him nearly dead. Mr. Johnson's ribs were broken and his head was badly pounded. It is the opinion of the physician that he will not live. Constance T.
