Eagleson, colored, has been elected president of the Master Barbers' Association of Bloomington. Marion Butcher was elected vice-president; Len Hanna, secretary, and Orville Jackson, treasurer. At the meeting, the price of haircuts was raised to 40 cents, with shaves 20 cents; massage, 35 cents; shampoos, 35 to 75 cents.
