This time its the high cost of being barbered. The safety razor business took on a new boom the other day with the announcement from Bloomington barbers that the price of shaves go up to 20 cents, and haircuts up to 40 centsall on account of the high cost of lets see) soap. Well, anyhow, this shaving business is very much a skin game, but the barbers have always had a pretty strong pull, and they may get away with it by a close shave. After all, raising the prices of haircuts may have been a shear necessity. Constance T.
