An unknown man was found dead in Benton township yesterday on the farm of ex-Trustee Isaac Chitwood. Charley Barnhill's brother, who lives at Unionville, came to the city last night, and notified Coroner Harris, who immediately started for Mr. Chitwood's to hold an inquest. The man had evidently been dead more than a week. No one who viewed the remains was able to identify the unfortunate man. Constance T.
