Allen, East 4th Street, a former resident but now of San Diego, Calif., has been here on a visit having been on a business trip to St. Louis. He is now in charge of the Prudential Insurance office in San Diego; he was at the head of the company while a resident here. Allen Minor, the son, is a university student.
