Bloomington (Monroe County, Indiana) Courier, March 7, 1899, p. 1. Isaac N. Fleener Dead. Isaac N. Fleener died at his home eight miles northeast of the city after an illness of pneumonia of but two weeks duration. Mr. Fleener was the trustee of Marion township and a sterling democrat. In his official capacity and as a citizen he was highly esteemed by his many friends. A wife and family mourn his death. The funeral occurred yesterday at noon from the late residence and the remains were interred in the cemetery at Bean Blossom. James A. Riddle was yesterday appointed trustee to fill the vacancy caused by the death of Mr. Fleener. The appointment was made by Auditor Matthews. Constance T.
