Dupree, that said defendant is not a resident of the State of Indiana; that said action is an attachment proceedings brought to enforce collection of Plaintiff claim and that said non-resident defendant is a necessary party thereto. Notice is therefore thereby given said defendant last named, that unless he be and appear on the 28th day of September, A.
