There is a slide show at the Lawrence County Museum of History web site <http://lawrencecountyhistory.org/school-exhibit/?rq=tunnelton> with some information about Lawrence county schools. There is a page for Tunnelton and the building in the foreground of the top left photo could conceivably be the building referred to in the Evening World. The building in the background appears to be a later addition.
